Affiliate Program
Five levels of commission on mint sales and platform fees, paid in dollars.
ROX grows through the people who bring it their racing friends — and we pay for that properly: five levels of commission, in dollars, on real purchases and real play. Not points, not tokens, not promises. The full fee schedule these commissions come from is public at Platform Fees.
The one-sentence rule
You earn when your network buys horses or plays — never for recruiting. There are no signup fees on ROX, so there is nothing to earn from recruitment itself. Every dollar of commission traces to a real purchase or a real race — which is what makes this an affiliate program, not a pyramid.
What you earn
Your link builds a network five levels deep: people you invite (Level 1), people they invite (Level 2), and so on. Commissions:

Two things to notice. First, the mint rate: a referred buyer of a $5,000 Starfire pays your Level-1 commission of $1,000. Second, racing, breeding and betting commissions come from the platform's cut, never from prize pools, stud fees or bettors' winnings. Those cuts are the ones published in the fee schedule and nothing else is taken: a race pays out the 95% that is left after the 5% race tax, in full, to the placed horses; a stallion's owner receives the 95% that is left after the 5% breeding fee, in full. An affiliate commission never makes either of those figures smaller — it is carved out of ROX's own 5%, because growth is our cost, not the players'.
Unlocking the deeper levels
Level 1 is on from your first referral. The deeper levels reward people who genuinely build:

"Active" means they've bought, raced, bred or bet in the last 90 days. No buying your way up — depth is earned by the size of the network you actually service.
How the money flows
- Someone joins through your link (
rox.games/?ref=YOURCODE). Attribution is first-link-wins and permanent — recorded when their account is created (a link only counts for a new racer, within their first two days), immutable after. - When they buy or play, your commission is computed and recorded the same moment, at the published rate, and appears on your Earnings tab immediately — you can see what you have earned as it happens.
- The money moves at 00:01 UTC on Friday, for the week that ran Friday to Thursday and closed the night before. That is when it lands in your cash balance and appears in your wallet ledger as
affiliate-commission— the same figure your Earnings tab shows under Clears this Friday until it does. - From then it is an ordinary balance: withdraw it whenever you like.
The week exists for one reason worth stating. Commission used to land in a cash balance irreversibly at the instant of the event, which meant a self-dealing chain had already been paid by the time anybody could look at it. A week's window does not slow an honest affiliate down by anything that matters, and it is what lets a dishonest one be caught before the money is gone.
Self-referrals are void, and so is any link that would make a network pay itself. Everything else is yours, for as long as your network plays — there is no expiry on attribution.
Promo codes
Make your own codes on /referrals → Promo codes. A code gives the people you share it with a discount on horses sold by ROX and on shop accessories — never on a horse another player is selling.
You choose:
- The discount — up to the current maximum (50% off).
- What it covers — horses, accessories or both.
- When it works — From today, lasting as many days, weeks or months as you choose, or Pick dates to set a start and an expiry for a promotion ahead, like Christmas. Either way it stays inside the campaign, which ends on 15 March 2027.
- The code — type your own (3 to 24 letters, numbers or dashes) or let ROX generate one.
- Advanced limits — how many horses and how many accessories it covers in total, how many times one buyer can use it, a code for one named player only, and a source, medium and campaign so every social channel has its own code and its own report.
You earn on the final price. When someone buys with your code, you are paid the commission on what they actually paid, as the first level for that sale, with your own upline above you. The buyer still belongs to whoever brought them to ROX for everything else.
A code never works for its own creator, and a paused, expired or used-up code is refused at checkout — the price only changes when the code is accepted. The Promo codes tab shows every code you have made with its status, expiry, discount, limits, uses, buyers, sales, the discount given, the commission you earned and its most recent uses, and you can pause or resume any code.
Changed your mind? Press Edit on any code to change its discount, what it covers, its dates, label, limits or channel. The code itself stays the same, so posts you've already shared keep working. Changes apply from the next sale. If ROX pauses a code, it shows paused by ROX with the reason, and only ROX can switch it back on.
Media
/referrals → Media holds videos and images made by the ROX team for social media, with the platforms and format each one suits. Videos open first; switch to Images at the top. Open any item to watch or view it full size, and use Download to save the file — it downloads in a new tab, so you never leave the page. Post it with your link or your promo code.
Promo text
/referrals → Promo text has 500 ready-to-post texts in ten categories: 20 X posts, 15 Facebook posts and 15 Instagram/TikTok captions in each. Every text is in fourteen languages. The page opens in yours, and you can switch to any other language in the same place and copy it from there.
Before you copy, choose what goes at the end: your link, one of your promo codes, both or nothing. The character count shows whether the finished post fits the platform.
Every copy is counted. Each text shows how many times affiliates have copied it, in every language together, and how many of those copies were yours, so you can pick a text that isn't already everywhere.
