ROX Games

Own, breed and race digital horses across eight racing worlds — for real dollar purses.

ROX Games is a digital horse racing platform that brings together two of the world's great pastimes — horse racing and gaming — with real, provable ownership.

Every horse on the platform is a unique NFT. Its bloodline, genotype, coat colour, sex and full race record are public and permanent; its racing ability is genetic, hidden at first, and revealed only by racing. You can buy a horse at the genesis mint or on the marketplace, enter it in races that suit its class, breed it and sell the foals, or stand it at stud at a fee you set yourself.

Races run around the clock on 220 racecourses spread across 9 worlds — the seven planets of the solar system, from Mercury to Neptune, plus Kepler-442b, the championship world, and LHS 1140b, where the ROX Monthly is raced on the 1st of every month. Each planet has its own courses, its own lore, and its own family of coat colours. Race distances and winning times are calibrated to real thoroughbred racing — a 2,200 m race is won in around 2 minutes 10 seconds at 60–66 km/h — and every race can be replayed identically, stride for stride, from its stored result.

There are four bloodlines. Hyperion is the elite: 102 at genesis, hard-capped at 202 ever, priced from $25,000 to the $3M/$5M royal crown. Starfire is the serious owner's tier, Neutron the dependable middle, and Cosmo the broad, accessible floor — a Cosmo costs as little as $25, and rolls the exact same coat-colour lottery as the most expensive horse in the game. Only 26,992 genesis horses will ever be minted; after that, breeding is the only source of new horses, and the breeding rules guarantee genesis scarcity can never be inflated away.

You do not steer your horse during a race — like a real owner, you build your stable, choose your races, plan your matings, and watch. The skill is in the campaign, not the joystick: buying well, breeding smarter, and placing your horse in races it can win.

The platform runs on the web, and every race is stored in full — the seed, the field, the finishing order, each runner's time and its motion through the race — so the Unreal Engine 5 client being built will replay exactly the same race in cinematic quality, not a re-simulation of it. Money on the platform is simple: purses, fees and trades are handled in dollars, so a prize is worth exactly what it says.
